To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at info@getchtus.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Provide your order details and reason for cancellation. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can assist you with our return policy.
Refund Process
If your cancellation is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
